Kansas City Teacher Accused of Taping a Boy's Mouth Shut During Class

A first grade teacher at Della Lamb charter school has been accused of taping a 6 year-old boy's mouth.  The incident allegedly happened on Tuesday but the parents of the boy didn't find out until Thursday when the first grader said he was afraid to go to school because his teacher would "..tape his mouth shut again...".

The teacher has been suspened without pay pending a full investigation by the school and Missouri Child Welfare.
