Lawrence man charged with DUI and reckless driving after car crash

A 22 year-old Lawrence man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving after he lost control of his car and rolled it into a fence, landing in someone's back yard.  Police say at just after 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday October 13, 2010, Michael Andra was driving a pick-up truck around the 800 block of Arkansas street, when the vehicle lost control.  A passenger in Ander's vehicle, an un-identified 24 year-old, complained of rib pain but declined their right to medical attention at the scene.
