Lee's Summit, MO. Crossover Accident Involves Semi-truck; One Fatality

A dangerous crossover accident in Lee's Summit, Missouri resulted in the death of one person and sent several other motorists to hospitals with serious injuries on October 22, 2010.  According to Kansas City Police a Jeep Cherokee traveling westbound on 50 highway lost control and crossed over into the eastbound lanes of the highway.  A semi-truck collided with the Jeep, killing one person in the Jeep.  Several other cars were involved in the accident as well, which caused a severe traffic back up on the highway.
