Missouri Family Awarded $7 million After Fatal Trucking Accident

A Missouri family is resting easy after an Arkansas jury awarded the family a $7 million settlement following the death of Roger Reagan, a former truck driver. Reagan was killed in a collision with another semi- truck in September of 2008 when the other truck crossed over a median line and hit Reagan's truck head-on. The Reagan family won a lawsuit against Dunaway Timber and its driver, Morgan Quisenberry, claiming Quisenberry was too fatigued and thus unfit to be driving at the time of the accident.

The fatal trucking accident happened on U.S. Highway 62 near Yellville in Northern Arkansas.
