Nine Suffer Serious Injury in 22 Vehicle Pile-Up Near Columbia, MO.

Wet road conditions caused a 22 car pile up on I-70 near Columbia, Missouri on Friday August 20th.  The accident was caused when a Pontiac Grand Prix began to hyrdoplane on the highway before it spun out of control and hit a guard rail.  The Pontiac was hit by a truck, which was hit by another vehicle setting off the domino effect crash.  Nine people were hospitalized because of serious injury suffered in the crash.  As of Saturday, three of them were still listed in serious condition.
