One person was killed and another seriously injured in a wrong-way car accident on Interstate 5 in Seattle, Washington last week. According to Seattle PD, one vehicle entered the interstate heading in the wrong direction on the highway. It struck another vehicle head on, killing the driver of the wrong way vehicle and seriously injuring the other driver.
Police are investigating the accident but as of now it is unknown what caused the driver to enter the highway traveling in the wrong direction. The driver of the vehicle that was struck was transported to a nearby hospital and was in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
