Pedestrian Hit By Car in Rush Hour Accident

A man was struck by a car Tuesday morning at the ramp to I-35 North at 87th Street Parkway. The man sustained injuries to his legs and was taken to an area hospital for treatment. The car's right front windshield was shattered in the accident. Police were forced to close the ramp temporarily while they investigated the crash.
