Similac Formula Recall Affects Kansas City Parents and Babies

Abbott Laboratories, which makes popular baby and infant food products, has recalled over 5 million units of Similac powder baby formula because there is a chance there could be bug parts and/or larvae in the powder, which could create a choking hazard if it goes unnoticed.

To find out if the product you use at home is part of the recall, go to the Similac Recall website or call (800) 986-8850.
