Teenage Passenger Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Accident on I-70 in Missouri

A teenage passenger on a motorcycle was lost his life this past weekend in a tragic motorcycle accident near Washington, Missouri. The fatal motorcycle accident happened on Sunday May 29, 2011 when the motorcycle he was riding on crashed on I-70 near Highway 94.

The 14 year-old victim was riding on a motorcycle being driven driven by 46 year-old Craig C. Harris, when Harris lost control of the motorcycle and went into the other lane of the highway. Harris and his teenage passenger were thrown from the motorcycle. Harris was hit by a Ford Bronco and suffered serious and possibly life-threatening injuries according to the Missouri Highway Patrol. The 14 year-old was dragged by the motorcycle into a third lane of traffic, where he was hit by another vehicle.
