Three Car Collision Shuts Down Northbound I-35

A fiery crash shut down the northbound lanes of I-35 Thursday afternoon following a three car accident. One car flipped over and caught fire. Fortunately, all occupants of the vehicle were safely out of the car when the fire began. One woman pulled from the car suffered non-life threatening injuries.
One person was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. Authorities have not released how many individuals were involved in the wreck.
The crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. shutting down the northbound lanes of traffic. Authorities were able to clear the accident scene and reopen I-35 by 5:00 p.m.
