Top 20 Crash Sites in Kansas City

Kansas City, Missouri police officials have released the 2010 Top 20 Crash Sites for the city. Topping the list is N. Flintlock and 152 Highway with a total of 73 crashes in 2010. This is closely followed by E. Front Street and I-435, with 66 crashes.
Interestingly, the number one crash spot of 2009 was I-435 and I-70, with 107 crashes, which didn't even make it into the top 20 last year. Police officials are hoping the engineering improvements and increased law enforcement in that area account for the improvement, but acknowledge that more studies need to be done.
