Two car collision near Columbia, Mo. sends three people to hospital

Three people suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital after a two car collision on Route U and Highway 124 near Columbia, Mo. on Friday afternoon.  According to on sight members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident, which happened around 1:30 on Friday was caused when the driver of a Ford Explorer pulled out in front of another in a Chevy Blazer, causing the collision.  All three of the victims for were taken to a nearby hospital with injuries.  The woman driving the Explorer was treated for minor injuries, while the two men in the Blazer suffered moderate injuries.  Only one was wearing a seat belt.
