USPSC recalls 18,000 Magnetic Maze Boards because of a choking hazard

As of August 26th, 2010, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall on Magnetic Maze Boards produced by Lakeshore Learning Materials.  The reason for the dangerous product re-call is a choking hazard caused by a detachable wand and magnets that can be ingested and cause serious injury if swallowed.  Over 18,000 units are being recalled.  The Lakeshore company has received several calls about the wand detaching but so far no injuries have been reported as a result of the problem.
