Wichita, KS. Maintenance Worker Hit and Killed by Van While Working

Last week, a 32 year-old lawn maintenance worker was struck and killed when he was hit by a passing van in Wichita, Kansas. The fatal worker accident happened on June 10, 2011 near the entrance to a Hawker Beechcraft Plant entrance.  After the worker was hit, he ended up on the roof of the van which continued driving until stopping reached a house nearly three miles away. Several witnesses saw the accident and noticed the victim was still on the roof and called 911.
