Worker Injury on Green Lantern Set Results in Law Suit against Warner Bros.

Warner Bros. Studios is being sued by a former worker claiming he suffered serious injuries in an on set accident while working on the film, The Green Lantern, in July of 2010. The lawsuit claims that John Franco, a member of the special effects team suffered "numerous internal and external injuries, severe fright, shock, pain, discomfort and anxiety" in the accident.

Warner Bros Entertainment, Warner Bros. Pictures Group, Big Moose Llc., DC Comics and South Bay EFX Inc.. were sued for negligence, peculiar risk, ultra-hazardous activity and loss of consortium.
