Tire Failure Causes Louisiana Car Crash Killing Leawood, KS. Couple

A fatal two-vehilce accident in Louisiana claimed the life of a couple from Leawood, Kansas.  According to members of the Lousiana State Police, the accident was caused by a dump truck that lost control when one of its tires blew out.  The dump truck veered into a vehicle containing the elderly couple.  They were proclaimed dead at the scene of the accident.
