24 year-old Construction Worker Killed in Fork Lift Accident at Hospital Construction Site

A Dallas construction worker was killed in a fork lift accident at the site of the new Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas last week. Reports indicate the 24 year-old worker suffered massive internal injuries after he was hit by a forklift while working at the hospital construction site. The worker has been identifed as Michael Pishnick. He was transported to a nearby hospital by a medical rescue team but was pronounced dead on arrival.
OSHA will be investigating the cause of the workplace accident.
