One Dead, One Injured in Fatal Missouri Pedestrian Accident

A woman was killed and another person was hospitalized with a severe injury after being hit by a taxi cab in southwest Missouri last week. According to police a 44 year old man and a 50 year old woman were trying to catch a cab and ran out in front of the vehicle. The taxi driver tried to stop but hit the pedestrians, killing the woman.
The man has been identified as Rickey Bringus. The woman's name has not been released.
