A 38 year-old woman was killed in a work related injury accident when she was struck by a fork lift while acting as the "slinger" on a project. The woman was standing on a dock using a radio to guide a crane operator when she was suddenly struck by the fork lift. The driver of the fork lift had their vision obsturcted and couldn't see the woman. She was rushed to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
