As part of our ongoing dedication to community involvement in 2025, we are pleased to offer:
The Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys Collegiate Scholarship Award
This scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who is working hard to create a successful future for themselves and their community. The recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship to be used toward their college tuition.
Eligibility Requirements
- All college students are eligible
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must demonstrate involvement in community activities
- Candidates are encouraged to follow Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys on social media to stay updated regarding the winner
Application Requirements
Applicants must submit the following:
- Essay (600–800 words):
Prompt: Describe a significant challenge you have faced in your life, how you overcame it, and what lessons you learned from the experience. Explain how these lessons will shape your future and allow you to make a positive impact in your community. - Community Involvement:
Explain your participation in community activities or plans for service after graduation. - Transcripts:
Include an unofficial copy of your high school and/or college transcripts.
Judging Criteria
Applications will be reviewed by a Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys representative and judged based on:
- Fulfillment of entry criteria
- Clarity and originality in explaining educational and career goals
- Demonstration of community involvement and personal growth
Scholarship Award
- The scholarship is a one-time, $1,000 award to be used exclusively for academic tuition
- If the selected recipient cannot claim the award within six months, Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys reserves the right to award it to another student
- Candidates must agree to the scholarship’s terms and conditions to receive the award
- The winner will be announced on the Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys website and social media accounts and notified by email
