I called Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys because I wasn't gaining any ground with the insurance company that was handling the accident. I did try to work with the insurance company as much as I could up until the point where I felt it was no longer beneficial for me to do so. My initial belief was that it wasn’t my fault. (I thought) if I just tell the insurance company what happened, be straightforward with them and the doctors at the hospital, that I’ll get the kind of care that I need, not only from the hospital but I’ll get the type of treatment I deserve from the other person’s insurance company. It just got to a point where I felt like I might need an attorney to handle (my case). (I thought) at the very least, consulting with one wouldn’t be a bad idea. So I did and it lead to James Roswold taking my case. There was a lot of stress immediately taken off of me when they took my case because that meant it wasn’t me versus a giant insurance company anymore.

I felt James definitely cared about me and my situation. I trusted him with my life because that was what was really at stake. Everything was taken from with me with my wreck. I really entrusted him to help me put the pieces of my life back together and that’s exactly what he did.

James was aggressive enough for me when he needed to be. He always seemed to know that when an offer was made, it wasn’t the last offer. It wasn’t the last dollar that was available. James always seemed to be upfront with me. I think he was honest when he said what I could reasonable expect to be done.

Working with James and Diane, who has been really great throughout this entire process, has been a pleasure. Diane has been really good to me. Even with some of the minuet or trivial questions or requests, she’s been there ready for all of it.  Every time I’ve called and I’ve had a question, they’ve been right there to answer it. If they didn’t know the answer, they got back to me in a timely manner. I was never made to feel like I was low on the totem pole or low on the priority list. I was always made to feel like a priority and a client. I was pleased with that because I know that there are probably a lot bigger cases that James is handling but he would treat me equally and still value my time.

I am pleased with my results. It’s not necessarily an experience I’ll ever want to go through again but the way that this firm handled my case and the results they’ve achieved, I am not only satisfied with the results but the way they were able to help me bring closure to the situation so I can move on with my life. And they’ve done it in a timely manner and that’s really important to me. The wreck put me in a bad situation. I was really struggling. Being a single father, there were a lot of responsibilities and things that just kept piling up and making it more difficult for me to live. But I kept taking James’ advice and I hung in there and it has proved to be worth it. If I knew someone who was in a situation that James could help them, he’d be the only person I would recommend.
