Recall: MacLaren Umbrella Baby Stroller ... Are you or a loved one a victim of...
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, (CPSC), in a joint announcement with British Baby Stroller manufacturer, MacLaren, has announced a voluntary recall of every MacLaren Umbrella Folding Stroller the company has sold in the United States over the last ten years. The reason is a design defect in the hinge mechanism of the stroller that could cause a baby’s hand or finger to be severed or injured.
The announcement included the following warning for consumers using the stroller: “Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.”
In the event that you or a loved one is injured by a MacLaren stroller, you should contact the product liability lawyers at Kansas City Accident Injury Attorneys immediately to determine whether you have the ability to seek compensation for any injuries and damages suffered.
