I lost my 4 year old niece when an 18-wheeler mail truck that had been driven by a post office employee with mental problems crashed through the apartment where she lived, killing my niece and injuring her family. My little niece was the daughter of my brother-in-law. I was telling a coworker what had happened and he said attorney James Roswold did a great job handling a case for him and could help us.
My brother-in-law was having a very difficult time dealing with the loss of his daughter. James was always there for him and really helped all of us get through this. He did so much for my brother-in-law that went far beyond just representing him in his claim and in court.
I was at the federal trial when James took this case to trial against the government. He called me as a witness to the catastrophic injuries and damages that resulted from the death of my niece and the injuries and damages to her family. It felt good to have someone who was fighting for my niece and fighting for her family. James was very good in trial. By the time he had put on all of the witnesses, I believe everyone in that courtroom really understood the losses that we had suffered.
