A Motorcycle Accident Is NOT A Car Accident

Common sense, right? But for most lawyers, that simple fact is far from common sense. Most lawyers don't know what it's like to be riding down  I-35 with nothing between you and the pavement except a layer of leather. Most lawyers have never cruised down the road on a bike and wondered if that car on the side street was going to pull out in front of you. Most lawyers haven't had the experience of holding a loved ones hand following a serious motorcycle crash because some idiot wasn't paying attention.

Guess what...I do know.

I've been a rider most of my life. I know the thrill and the danger that goes along with motorcycle riding. I've visited my brother-in-law in the emergency room, bloody and seriously injured from a motorcycle crash. He was traveling down the road at 40 mph when an SUV made a U-turn directly in front of him. With no time to react, his bike struck the side of that car causing him to fly off his bike, smashing his head right into the side of the unforgiving door.  No question about it... he was hurt. His face was gashed, his back was ravaged and he found himself suffering from painful internal injuries...and he was one of the lucky riders who survived an accident without serious permanent injury. Yes, he was covered with road rash, badly scarred, and had months of rehabilitation ahead of him, but he wasn't seriously maimed or disfigured thanks to wearing his lucky helmet. With time, he knew he would be okay, but the prognosis for his bike was a totally different story.

Shortly after the accident tons of decisions had to made and questions answered: How do I know which doctor to go to? Who's going to pay all these expensive medical bills? How will I get my bike fixed? What should I do when the insurance company calls? What about my missed time from work...who's going to pay for that? What if I'm never well enough to go back to work? How will I put food on the table? How will I take care of my family? What if I'm never the same again?

If you've been injured in a motorcycle crash, undoubtedly you have your own version of these questions that keep you up at night. For too long, the answers to those questions have been hidden from the public. Some attorneys know, but they won't tell ...unless, of course, you hire them! Even then, they're not going to tell you enough to actually handle your own case. What's even worse than this is the amount of lawyers out there who claim to know all about representing motorcycle accident vicitms but have never even ridden a bike.

All of that is about the change. I believe you deserve to discover the secrets. I believe a good lawyer has a duty to assist the public by providing sound, usable information. Most of all, I believe in giving it to you straight.

I'm not going to tell you what I think. Just to prove it, I'll tell you something that other lawyers will hate to hear me say. As you will discover when you read this book, you may not even need to hire an attorney for your case. In fact, doing so could wind up costing you more!

I understand what surviving a motorcycle crash can do to your physical and mental health. I ride bikes myself and I've been there to assist others who have survived motorcycle crashes, every step of the way, including a loved one from emergency room to compensation. I know what you're going through. I've been in your shoes.

NOTE: Ordering our book or receiving a free consultation does not make us your attorneys.
